Winter time in the Cape Winelands is Bastille Festival time! The historic town of Franchhoek was clothed in French colours of red, blue and white. Since 2004, sustainable development has been at the heart of Val de Vie Estate. When Martin Venter purchased the farm on which he envisioned to build Val de Vie Estate, there were nine families working and residing on the land.
